CIA machine check ?
I've found a lot of these in my log:

This lasted about 30 minutes (generating about 800 of these), and for
the past hour it's been quiet. Any ideas what this can mean? Is it
serious? Hopefully not hardware, my multia died on me last week and this
is my last alpha :-(
It alternates between clear_page_tables+224/480,
clear_page_tables+116/480, clear_page_tables+400/480 and a couple of
others (the others only a few times).
I'm running 2.4.18, on an XLT 366 with 128MB.
