>From my personal experience, I really reccomend you to use XFree 4.x when
using Alphas - Not only it runs much faster, it also doesn't lock up -
3.3.6 locked up on me at least twice a week. And XFree dead means that you
can't even Ctrl-alt-backspace kill it - You need to remotely log in, kill
it and restart it.
