Can someone please lend me a hand on this one?

The package compiles fine on all the other archs but dies with an
internal compiler error on alpha. I'd like to know if this is caused by
the optimisation failures Krusty talked about on the list on Dec 1st.
I.e. if the package builds fine if you CFLAGS="-O0 -mieee" ./configure.
NB: Is there developer access for any alphas running unstable? db.d.o
only lists faure and lully which are on potato.
