Did you get these with the previous version of snort? 1.7-4.alpha.1.
I had patched that version to work around these unaligned accesses,
and I got a report that my patches were put into the new release;
perhaps this is a new one...  I'll look into it.

No, and probably.
It only costs a bit of performance and the logging may be a nuisance,
but that could be fixed through judicial editing of /etc/syslog.conf
