I have to revise this statement. I had updated these machines serveral
weekks ago. I just tried to upgrade Apache to 1.3.9-12 and it is broken. I
had a machine with 1.3.9-10 still in the apt cache so was able to retrieve
it and get things working again. Mod-perl works on that machine also, so
I can get that too. I guess the current frozen has some issues.
