Installing on Multia UDB

I have a Multia UDB here that I am trying to install Debian onto. I can
get it to MILO, but when I type "boot fd0:/linux root_disk=/dev/fd0
load_ramdisk=1" it tries to load and fails with the following error message:

VFS: Disk change detected on device 2/0
[MS-DOS FS Rel, 12,FAT]
[me=0xf0,cs=1,#f=2,fs=1,fl=9,ds=19,de=112,data=26,se=2880,ts=0,ls=512]
Transaction block size = 512
Not enough memory
Press any key to reboot

I tried 'setenv MEMORY_SIZE 24' but that didn't seem to help at all. I got
the firmware flash and upgraded that, but nothing changed.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong, and how to fix it?

Thank you,
