libc packages with db2/openldap fix, please test

Hi,

I've fixed the bug in db2 in glibc that makes openldapd not work on Alpha.
The (unofficial, of course) glibc packages are at
http://eradicator.org/debian/test/ if anyone wants to test them.  The patch
should go in the next glibc I expect
