NS 4.7 (Tru64) not working

Hi all;

After switching back to slink and reinstalling the Tru64 4.0d libs NS 4.7 doesn't work! It was working fine on slink with 4.0 (note: no 'd') before I upgraded to potato. What happens is it will spit out:

Warning: Cannot convert string "-*-Menu-Medium-R-Normal--*-120-*-*-P-*-ISO8859-1" to type FontStruct

but no window ever comes up. I can see the data LEDs on my modem blink so it gets to the nslookup (I believe).

Anyway, I copied the 4.0d libs over with "cp -r" which is supposed to follow sym links. Was this the correct way to do this?

system:
AS200 4/233
64MB RAM
2 x 2GB drivers

$ uname -a
Linux mustang 2.2.13 #1 Wed Oct 20 16:57:03 PDT 1999 alpha unknown

TIA,

Ron

P.S. Sorry for the cross post, but I *think* its a generic issue.
