Problem loading Milo

Please provide the following information:
-which console do you use: SRM or AlphaBIOS?
-which milo do you use? the one on the debian rescue disk? From which
set?

Eventually can you try the latest milo from
gatekeeper.dec.com/pub/DEC/Linux-Alpha/Kernels/?
