  Means we can do 'echo 0x2000000 > /proc/sys/kernel/shmmax' (or
somewhere around there - the patch doesn't make it clear which /proc
subdir it's in).

  The documentation went in in pre3, the implementation in pre5. The
problem would appear to be solved.
