I've checked the master packages file. No other packages depend on ldos. How
is the master packages file created? Without knowing this, I would think that
it would be sufficient to just delete the ldso package so that when the master
package file and the binary-alpha package file are next created it disappears.
Is this correct? If so, how do we go about getting it done?
