axp pc164sx available for developers on the net

Yesterday we finaly managed to get our new axp booted with the
first debian packages. I herby invite people who want to work
on debian-alpha packages to get an account on our machine.
It's connected in the Netherlands, so might not be to fast for
everyone.

A mirror of master.debian.org is online over nfs.

we could install the autocompiler on this beauty to compile
new packages.
