Try explicitely telling MILO how much RAM you have via the MEMORY_SIZE
environment variable (you can setenv it manually or pass it from ARC if
you want).  I found that to be bothersome on one of my UDBs for some
reason as well.

Also, I've noticed the same problem with the newest MILOs (the ones in
"testing").  For some reason, I couldn't get them to boot at all.
Reverting back to the latest on ftp.digital.com worked fine in those
cases.
