Oops.  You're right, and this has actually been reported before.  I
had thought I had already fixed it, but apparently not.  The previous
bug number, FYI, was 26724.  I'll get a fixed version out ASAP.

The problem, BTW, is a stubborn shlibs file that doesn't want to go
away.  At one time, Zircon did contain some C code for DCCing and the
like, but it is now pure Tcl.
