kernel troubles
Debian 2.0, 164LX, 533Mhz, 128MB, 4gig SCSI (AHA2940UW),
S3 4meg video
1) 2.1.103
pippin# make
arch/alpha/Makefile:35: *** missing separator. Stop.
On redhat 5.0 I do not have this problem. However, on redhat the
kernel compiles, but the network card does not get recogized properly.
(I have tried the latest version of tulip.c)
2) 2.0.34
When I compile this kernel everything works fine except for the VGA
console. I have tried CONSOLE_VGA=y to no avail.
