Ok...util-linux and sysvinit are up

Hi all...

The ongoing saga of sysvinit and util-linux-2.71 has finally come to an
end.  I patched sysvinit to allow for either the old util-linux package
(with clock) or the new one (with hwclock).  I have installed both of the
new packages on my UDB with great success, so now, I'm up to
util-linux-2.71.

All patches and such are up on my site right now, including the kernel
patches revised to fix the types.h bug, but NOT the Adaptec driver bug.
