felt uploaded -- please test

Hi all...

Well, I started really USING egcs today and compiled the felt package in
the "math" category.  If someone without egcs could please test this for
me, I'd greatly appreciate it.  I don't know much about the package and am
EXTREMELY low on hard drive space, otherwise, I would've tested it.

I'm just curious to see how well it runs given that a portion of it was in
Fortran :)
