Bug tracking page

Hi,

I've established an experimental bug tracking service for Debian/Alpha
port on a Web page.  It is not a replacement for the Debian bug tracking
system, it's just a first stage on the way there.  It is envisioned that
the issues appearing on that page will be eventually dealt with by Alpha
maintainers and the proposed solutions will then be submitted into the
official bug tracking system to be merged into the distribution.

At the moment the page is populated by one bug report, which is intended
to serve as an example so that people can see what it is all about.

The page is slightly raw, but, well, that's a common problem for WWW pages.

Its front-end URL is http://genie.ucd.ie/alpha.
