I had a look but unfortunately I don't think that's applicable.  The
last time I saw this myself was with my update attempt with Triton,
where I had it link LLVM both statically and dynamically.  That
scenario's neither applicable for this.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in rocm-hipamd or OpenCL library itself
so I'm not filing any bugs at this time.  I went with Breaks for now
(not Conflicts like I said in other message) on mesa-opencl-icd and
pocl-opencl-icd.  Still better than not having it available at all.

I uploaded rocm-hipamd 5.7.1-4.  It needs to go through NEW since it
adds a new binary package.
