Whoops. One of the most important caveats to a solution was missing a 
word. For the sake of clarity, I've corrected it in the quote below.

Please also note that this discussion doesn't need to hold up the RFS 
for rocblas 5.5.1-1+dfsg-1~exp2 [1]. That's going to be a binary upload 
anyway.
