Following discussions with upstream [1], I believe I made a
mistake by declaring the binary package rocm-device-libs
Architecture: all. While the present version of the current
package looks fine, I understand the CPU independence cannot be
assumed in upcoming upstream versions.

To avoid duplicate review of very few changes, please reject the
present version of rocm-device-libs 4.5.2-1~exp1 targeting
experimental with Architecture: all. I will reupload soon with
adjustments to target /usr/lib/TRIPLET and Architecture: any

Thank you for your time!

Have a nice day, :)
