Yes, currently the mail volume in this list is actually not high.
The demand on hardware acceleration (e.g. ROCM, SYCL, CUDA) is
highly related to the deep learning community, and hence we are
reusing the same maintainer address. This will also benefit
future collaboration when we are building tensorflow-rocm,
pytorch-rocm, etc.

Intel's SYCL will be something to study when their discrete
cards are available. If there will be other developers interested
in maintaining the intel stack, I'll invite them to at lease
subscribe to this list.
