I also see in gnat-4.4 (= 4.4.6-5) in unstable:

/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.4/rts-native/adainclude/system.ads

which is consistent with gnat-4.6 in unstable.

Do I think there is no problem and that gnatls is your friend :)
