It would probably be better to ask brltty@brltty.app where the brltty

Ah? The installer should be auto-detecting it. Does it have 1c71/c131
USB ID ? The udev rule says "HID protocol" so maybe you need to switch
your device to some HID mode to get it auto-detected.
Concerning bluetooth, I don't know.
