The debian installer before post-install boot takes down wi-fi network and
I don't know if the installer didn't do that whether ifup could bring the
wi-fi network up on first boot. What dmesg output can get anyone is
clues as to the devices that are down and installed on the system are and
what the installer/user does about them is left for them to work out which
is why this and past threads have happened on debian-user. Sound not
working for screen reader users after first boot really is a serious
accessibility problem and unacceptable.
