Issue with sound card

Hi,

Im trying to install Debian 10 buster (firmware-10.0.0-amd64-DVD-1.iso). 
Im pretty sure earlier release (latest of version 9) worked fine, with 
speech, but this version cannot see my sound card.
The laptop is an Dell Inspiron 3551

Also im curious. Can i use all desktop enovirements or is some better 
supported then others in Debian with speech?

Can i use some of them with keyboard only and can someone provide me a 
link to a list of keyboard shortcuts?
