With nethack slashem and larn, you have symbols show up on the screen each
of which has a specific meaning.  Learning those symbols and the games
have similar symbol sets will make those games accessible.  Another game
called omega probably omega-rpg is accessible and similar to the three
already described.  The umoria or moria game isn't accessible screen
writes are like tome bad for screen readers and tome is even worse since
you have to try to run out of a cave and you're probably three levels in
by the time you find the carpenter in order to stay alive long enough to
complete that quest.
