Do not upgrade espeakup to 1:0.80-5+deb9u2!!

Hello,

The Debian 9.6 upgrade happened yesterday, and the 1:0.80-5+deb9u2
upgrade became available.

Unfortunately it seems it is completely screwed up (see Bug#913453), so
don't upgrade to it :/ I'm really sorry about that.

In case you already have upgraded, in /lib/systemd/system/espeakup.service,
add /bin/ to the sh word, i.e. make

  ExecStart=sh -c 'modprobe speakup_soft && /usr/bin/espeakup -V ${VOICE}'

become

  ExecStart=/bin/sh -c 'modprobe speakup_soft && /usr/bin/espeakup -V ${VOICE}'

Alternatively, you can install the package from

https://people.debian.org/~sthibault/tmp/stretch-staging/espeakup_0.80-5+deb9u3_amd64.deb

which I'll push to stretch as soon as people confirm that it properly
fixes the issue.

This also means that installing Stretch with a network mirror will
currently end up with a non-speaking linux console :/

Now, how did we end up in such a situation. Apparently I didn't test
this update well enough. The issue is that I do not actually use
accessibility software, so I'm using VMs etc. which is far from ideal,
and lets me make more harm than good.

I guess in the future I'll have to just refrain from making updates of
such essential accessibility packages unless people do test packages
that I'll make available in the staging area mentioned above.

Samuel
