Yes, virt-manager can add a virtual sound board.
However, it seems like the virtual Baum braille device is "missing".
Seems like virt-manager has its own list of possible virtual hardware to
add, alltho that looks a bit strange to me.
I thought it was using the possibilities of the VM software used.
But if not so, perhaps this should be reported upstream?

The only way I see for this to work is to give the host braille device
to the guest.
I see the physical connected display in the list of host devices to give.
but I don't want braille access that way.
