I think users would find super+alt+s very helpful to start Orca. There are
few situations in which an Orca user, who is relying on it to access the
desktop environment, would wish to quit Orca at all. Note that you can turn
off speech, for example, while still leaving Orca running.
Thus I think the ability to invoke Orca conveniently at any time is the most
valuable functionality, and the "quit" command, while still desirable, would
be less frequently used.
