Bug#746536: espeakedit: Incorrect location reported for espeak-data
Package: espeakedit
Version: 1.46.02-4
Severity: normal
If I install espeakedit and run it for the first time, an error box pops
up containing this text:
Failed to read espeak-data/phontab,phondata,phonindex
Path = /home/olly/espeak-data
The 'espeak-data' package needs to be installed and
/usr/share/espeak-data copied to /home/olly/espeak-data
However, /usr/share/espeak-data doesn't exist in the espeak-data package
- it seems the correct location is actually arch-dependent - for x86_64
Linux it seems to be:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/espeak-data
-- System Information:
