Are you running Sid with all the latest Gnome packages? If so, you might have
to downgrade certain packages to install Orca. If you're lucky, they can still
be found in testing.

Debian still hasn't made the transition to the latest Orca and AT-SPI 2, but
it's inevitable and it's probably fast reaching the point at which it will
just have to be done and the remaining bugs sorted out later.
