I'm sorry to insist on this, but ftpmaster will most probably reject the
debian/*copyright content if you don't explain the discrepancy between

Braille Utils (C) 2010-2011 Daisy Consortium

throughout the whole source code, and

Copyright:

Bert Frees and Joel Håkansson, BrailleUtils developers

in the debian/*copyright files. Neither ftpmaster, nor the user are
supposed to know whether there is a relation between BrailleUtils and
the Daisy Consortium, so you have to explain why Bert & Joel actually
hold the copyright. Are they employed by the Consortium? In such case,
it's really the Consortium which has the copyright. You should however
put Bert & Joel names in an Authors: section of course.
