Autostarting orca for a particular user?

Hi.

Can anyone refresh my memories how autostart of orca for a particular
user is exactly done?  I know there are several ways to hack it,
but what is it that the assistive technology preferences dialog
in GNOME changes in ~/ to achieve it?
