Hi. I'm not sure what might be up then. I am using a slightly later
version of gnome-speech from CVS, but I'm not sure it is your problem.
I can use festival, but I prefer DECTalk. I'll cc this message to the
debian-accessibility list in case someone else using Debian has any
ideas.
