I'd like to know what are the tools, practices, workflows etc. that can be used to maintain a server collaboratively (as a team) in a safe and secure way. I do have some experience and suggestions, but I believe that some people on this list have more experience than me on collaborative infrastructure maintenance. So, I'd like to hear their suggestions first.

Do you think that we should schedule a meeting in order to talk about these?

We can also discuss how to install Moodle etc. I use Docker and docker-scripts, and if you ask me, I would suggest using them: https://gitlab.com/docker-scripts/moodle
