Did you happen to use an old image? This is an old bug and it was
fixed some weeks ago in GCC.

Just use the overwrite option:

# apt-get -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite" install -f
# apt-get -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite" -y upgrade
