BTW, it's called CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK, not CONFIG_EARLY_CONSOLE.

The 3 SERIAL_PMACZILOG options are enabled in upstream, since
v2.6.34.

CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK is missing, though.

Sorry, I should spend a bit more time updating upstream's defconfigs.
