Maybe just an explicit || ATARI_ETHERNAT here?
Add || ATARI_ETHERNEC to NE2000 as well I’d say, so everyone
tinkering with it knows it’s used by one more place, and the
current construct mixes && and || without explicit parenthesēs
so is scary/suspect already anyway.
