In EmuTOS I'll let the [PARTITION]s show up as SCSI disk drives so that
would be /dev/sdX. But looking at (an old version of) Roman's
implementation it seems the major_num is a module parameter that has no
reasonable default.
Roman, what if the nfblock had major_num 8 by default?
