That the build was probably successful. Long story... it used to be
successful, but since there are no automatic uploads, you can not
automatically determine if the buildd maintainer also thinks the build was
ok. If he thinks it is not ok, the package will not be uploaded. And since
many people thought that "build successful", as it was orignally labelled,
means the build was successful, but did not realize that their package might
not be uploaded anyhow, because the binaries segfault, or the wrong libs
were used to build against, ..., the label was changed from successful to
maybe-successful, so that it is now obvious that it might be successful, or
it might be not. Simple, isn't it? ;-)
