Christian, the experimental kernel you posted lacks the sonic ethernet
driver (it depends on the DMA patch). DP8390 ethernet hasn't been reliable
in my tests, so even if Alex has such a card, he is probably going to need
the built in sonic on his Q700 in order to try booting from NFS.
