Linux/m68k CVS has `#define NVRAM_BYTES 50', and compiles nvram.c fine.

BTW, nice to see someone still looking at the Atari support in those files! I
was thinking about dropping our changes to drivers/char/rtc.c, unless (a)
genrtc is no suitable replacement and (b) someone steps up to verify that it
still works on Atari and is willing to clean it up for submission to
Marcelo/Linus.
