Hi!

Maybe someone can update procps and test, if the problem still occurs?
You can see on crest this bug, when you connect from multi-gnome-terminal
for example. When your terminal has 24 lines, top will use 25 lines, thus
making the first line to scroll out permanently... 
On potato systems there is no problem. And probably when connecting from
console to crest it will work as well...

You mean 127561 and 122617?

procps (1:2.0.7-9) unstable; urgency=low

  * Sanity checking for Number of CPU Closes: #127561, #122617
    This will keep the m68k and ARM boys happy.

I guess I can close this bug then.
