Announce: 2.2.20 kernel and related files on SourceForge

I have released a 2.2.20 kernel binary for the Macintosh on the
SourceForge site at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=11666&release_id=63315

This consists of the map file, the configuration file used for the
build, the kernel, a tar file of the modules and a patch against Alan
Cox's mainstream 2.2.20 kernel.  

The linux-2_2 module for CVS at the SourceForge site has been updated to
2.2.20.

For those interested, I'm working now working updating 2.4.x
