Yes, that is the pcb.  IIRC, there is a small fuse on that pcb.  Much
smaller than a typical fuse, perhaps 10mm long and 3mm diameter, and
with wire lead ends - so it looks more like a resistor.  Anyway, if that
fuse exists on your pcb, and is blown, then there will be no power on
those terminators.  Might be worth trying ENV;D to reset the nvram
contents too.
