I have updated the CVS repository at cvs.linux-mac68k.sourceforge.net to apply the patch for the above listed exploits. I am currently building the kernel for Macintosh's and it will be available at the http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-mac68k website as soon as the build has finished and I have had the opportunity to test it.
