If you need a quick and dirty conversion script:
http://www.penguinppc.org/~olaf/linuxkeycodes/mac/
make_strings.sh converts the first keycode to the second one.
create a strings.inc and replace the "case KEYCODE_STRING" in convert.sh
with the newone.
