SE/30 Video Help

Hello list...

I am currently starting a project to set up an se/30 as a monitor for an
old 486 (that would be under the table). The idea is to have a more
functioning box run my favorite OS on my favorite 9" monitor... A truly
ritious hack. Here's where I need help...

Does anyone have X-config files for that 512x384 2bit resolution?

Does anyone have any experience playing with the Micron Xceed card?

The idea is that the SE/30 will stand on a table, and serve as the
monitor for the 486, which will be under the table, and the 486 will be
hooked up via the network to another server with mp3's on it. The SE/30
monitor will display Xwindows with an mp3 player. The 486 will be hooked
up to some descent speakers.

The 486 part is easy, it's the whole SE/30 monitor thing thats hard.
(and fun, and cool, and sexy)

Theres a bit of info from macBSD here: (look for posts called Xwindows
question starting around 09/02/1997)

I'm about to crack the case on the SE/30 and see how I could setup that
monitor to plug into a vga adapter. I have mac>vga and vga>mac adapters.

ANY information about the SE/30's video would be greatly appreciated.
