Where is the kernel patch?

Hi,

I have just installed debian 2.2r0 on to my Amiga 3000 after previously
using RedHat 5.1, and I see that there are a few problems, especially
with clgen and debug statements. I took a look at the mailing list
archives and I see that a patched kernel came out, but the link on the
message is outdated, I have looked at the people.debian.org/~cts web
page and everwhere else and I can't find it anywhere - where is the
kernel patch?
